And another update

Well, you all know the routine by now... yes, another part is up and ready. It can be found at the following address:

Beta reader comments are outstanding.

This part again follows very closely the series, really nothing special to mention here. Except maybe that it clarifies a few remarks and motivations which remained mysterious in the series.

Next chapter: The battle is prepared in the South Pole base.

And speaking of next chapter... there will be delays. Tomorrow, I will be off to a trip basically once around the world, meaning I'm gone for three weeks. While I will take my laptop with me, my Japanese translation equipment (read: dictionaries) will stay at home.

I will depart from Zurich (Switzerland, that's where I live :-)) to Tokyo where I will arrive on Saturday morning. Sunday will be a one day trip to Kyoto to visit a friend. On Monday, I will board the cruise ship "Silver Shadow" in the afternoon and leave Tokyo at 7 pm. We will cruise north, stopping at Hakodate, Sapporo, then Petropavlosk (Russia) before going East towards Alaska. Stops in Alaska are Dutch Harbour, Kodiak and Homer before we arrive in Anchorage on June 11. I will meet up with two friends in Anchorage and we'll do some excursions there before I take the plane on June 16 flying back to Switzerland via New York. As I said, once around the world. :-)

And when I get back, I have to start packing things for when I move beginning of July. So this all means... I will be VERY busy. Apologies in advance, but with all this, I doubt the next chapter will be out before the end of July. I will try to have this book finished before end of September though. Let's see whether I succeed!

Hi!! I've been a GW fan from five years now, I've always wanted to read the Gundam Wing novels but I've only been studying japanese for two years and I didn't think I would ever be able to do it.

So I discovered this page yesterday and I've been reading ever since!! I really can't thank you enough for all the effort and care you are pouring in these great translations!!

Thank you very much!! And please, keep up the good work. I'll be cheering for you!! ^0^/

Hi there!

Thank you very much for your comment. I'm very glad to hear that you enjoy this. With eight years of Japanese, I thought I'd give it a try, even though I do have to look up quite a lot. But it's an interesting language, and an interesting book. :-)

Hope you continue reading - I certainly will continue translating. :-)

Take care!
